Refund & Cancellation Policy

ISKCON Food For Child accepts donations through its online payment gateway for charitable purposes — providing nutritious meals to underprivileged children across India.

Refund Policy

  • Donations once made are generally non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to feeding programs.
  • In case of duplicate payments or erroneous transactions, the donor may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • In cases of fraudulent transactions, refunds will be processed after investigation by the relevant governmental or banking authorities.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • ISKCON Food For Child reserves the right to accept or cancel any donation at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
  • If a donation receipt or 80G certificate has been issued against a cancelled or refunded donation, the same shall stand void and any tax benefit derived shall be null.
